What You Will Experience:
SATURDAY MORNING:
Author Gillian Andrews kicks things off with journaling and remembering who you are.
Then we break for a nutritious lunch.
SATURDAY AFTERNOON:
Karen Tavolieri guides you in discovering your dreams and planting seeds for what’s to come.
Then join us for a wonderful dinner and conversation.
SATURDAY EVENING:
After dinner we dance! Beautiful Sara Ann Shields will lead us all in Nia Dancing.
This beautiful expression of body movement is something anyone can do and with any luck we can do it outside.
After dancing we can enjoy the setting sun around a roaring fire.
SUNDAY MORNING:
The day begins with a meditation and restorative yoga practice, led by an incredible soul, Sheila Goodfellow.
No previous yoga experience is required as Sheila guides us through movement, breath work
and mindfulness, leading to a deep place of peace and calm.
ONCE WE ARE IN THE ZONE:
Artist Arlene Murphy gets us playing with colour!
You will manifest all that you have uncovered and seen as a colourful expression of YOU on a canvas.
Whenever you look at your beautiful work of art you will remember who YOU are and where YOU are going.
Snacks, coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the retreat.
All meals and snacks will have GF, vegetarian and vegan options.
